Rounded Peak Studios ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. It applies to this website (roundedpeakstudios.com) and to all apps published by Rounded Peak Studios on the App Store, including Countdown and Speedometer.

Website

This website uses Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate visitor traffic. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. You can review Vercel's privacy practices at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

The only personal information we directly receive is what you voluntarily provide through the contact form (your name, email address, and message), which is delivered to us via Web3Forms so we can respond to you.

Web3Forms acts as the email delivery service for the contact form. You can review their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.

Countdown

Countdown stores your countdowns and related data using SwiftData with iCloud sync. This data is synced through your personal iCloud account, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have direct access to this data.

Speedometer

Speedometer uses your device's location services to calculate your current speed. Location data is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. We do not collect, store, or share your precise location.

Aggregate, Non-Identifying Data

When you use our apps, we may log basic, non-identifying information for the purpose of understanding how the apps are used and improving them. This includes:

• Coarse location derived from your IP address (e.g., country or region). The IP address itself is not stored.
• Purchase events indicating that an in-app purchase occurred, without payment details.

This information is aggregated and not personally identifiable. We do not link it to a specific user, device, or account.

Advertising

Our apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers (IDFA, where permitted), IP address, and ad interaction data in order to serve ads and measure their performance. This data is collected and used by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.

On iOS, AdMob will only access your advertising identifier (IDFA) if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.

In-App Purchases

Our apps offer optional in-app purchases. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not see, receive, or store your payment information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by their Privacy Policy.

We use the following third-party services across our website and apps:

• Apple - App distribution, in-app purchases, and iCloud sync (Countdown).
• Vercel Analytics - Aggregate, cookie-free visitor analytics for this website.

Our website and apps are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
